FAQ


SHIPPING

All items are made by hand in my studio.  Please allow 2 weeks for production unless otherwise noted.  If you need something sooner, please reach out.  I will do my best to accommodate your request.  Orders shipped within the U.S. will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, estimated 2-7 business days.  Orders shipped internationally will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.  Please contact us for a shipping quote for international orders.  All items shipped will receive tracking.  Orders over $500 will require a signature unless otherwise specified at your own risk.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your product, please let me know so I can make it right!  If something does not fit, chances are I can resize it.  Email alexlozierjewelry@gmail.com with your questions + concerns.  Returns can be made in exchange for store credit only.  All returns must be made within 2 weeks of the delivery date in an unworn condition along with receipt.  PLEASE CONTACT THE STUDIO TO AUTHORIZE THE RETURN PRIOR TO RETURN SHIPPING.  Return shipping not provided.  

REPAIRS

Should your jewelry need a repair, please email alexlozierjewelry@gmail.com.  All repairs must be authorized by the studio prior to shipping!  Alex Lozier Jewelry is not responsible for jewelry shipped to the studio without prior authorization.  Repair fees start at $30 and go up from there.  Costs are dependent upon the time + materials required to complete the repair.
