In this session, we will be working with stones as allies to balance + activate the energy body to bring about healing + enhanced synchronicites. Prior to this session, I will need you to send me a photo of your entire body. During our time together, I will be using your photo to create a personalized crystal grid for you that I will use to send Reiki through.
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that channels the universal life force energy, called "Ki." This energy flows through the healer to the receiver to promote a relaxed, receptive healing state. Reiki can help balance the Chakras, encourage emotional + physical healing, and shift one's internal eco-system to a more peaceful state of harmony within. Reiki healings can be sent across time + space. There is no need to be in close proximity to receive the benefits of Reiki!
Crystal Grid Healing sessions are 1 hour + take place on Zoom. Please come prepared to be in a place where you can sit or lay down + relax for the duration of the session.
